It's against the rules in multiplayer to stall a match by hiding your commander. AIs should also not do that. I just played the King of the Hill scenario and pretty much all 7 of the enemy commanders were cloaked when I found them, I was very much demolishing all their bases but I had to spend an extra ~10-15 minutes just running around looking for them.

There's a fatal flaw here, the King of the Hill AI is too stupid to be aware of what it's doing. That's why a new player can 1v7 them in a scenario, while the proper BARB will pose a challenge 1v1.
It's can't stop hiding the commander because it doesn't know it's hiding the commander, it more or less runs around like a headless chicken, which can make it hard to find sometimes.
