One-Time Acknowledgment
Player acknowledges the warning once.
The system logs that acknowledgement on the account.
After that, the message still appears in the moderation history, but you don’t have to keep typing “I acknowledge this” every login.
👉 Less intrusive, still ensures the player saw it.

Instead of every login, only require acknowledgement once per 24 hours.
👉 Reduces friction while still reminding the player regularly.
- Passive Banner / Tooltip Reminder
Display a small banner in the main lobby (e.g. “⚠️ You are under a moderation warning until Sept 5, 2025. Please follow the Code of Conduct.”).
No action required, but it’s always visible while the warning is active.
👉 Keeps awareness high without disrupting gameplay.
