#Game won't launch unless I uninstall & reinstall D:

Like the title says, the only way I am able to launch the game is if I uninstall and re-install the game. I have tried restarting my computer multiple times, I have tried running as admin. I'm losing my mind. I've tried disabling the update checkmark, and updating my graphics card drivers.

What happens currently, is the game launches for a couple seconds, reaches the BAR splashscreen, then crashes. Here are my logs:

Any troubleshooting tips would be helpful. I just want to be able to launch the game without re-installing every day.

So what I can say from the logs is... The engine doesn't crash, it gets shut down from the outside.
Can't really see anything special in the logs that could be an issue, the PC is good, the drivers are up to date...
