While hovercraft being able to make T2 vehicle plants feels okay them being able to make T2 ports does not. It just feels too easy to get access to ships.

T2 shipyard is so expensive (3200 or 3600?) it doesnt really matter of u had to build a 650m shipyard first. Ships also very expensive
