Pathfinding: Veh con gets stuck circling in a loop

I tried out the first scenario to see how fast I'd do it and to check out the new player experience.

At 5:06, a vehicle constructor near the middle, with another one guarding it, starts driving around in a circle instead of going to the next waypoint. The vehicle constructor stays stuck looping around like that for about 2 minutes, where I give it a space+rmb order nearby.
