What's the possibility of a Naval Transport like the air transport?

There is technically one in the game but the animation and script for it is very goofy compared to the quality of the game we have right now, and the effect it had on gameplay was often either minimal or a hindrance, so it was taken out of stuff construction units and labs can build
We probably won't see one any time soon until that script is either fixed or entirely rewritten to look far less cartoonish
There was/is technically a hovercraft transport too, take out for the same reasons
