I alt Tab into a new window and then tab back into bar and the Curser will be invisible but still active. It doesnt just happen once in awhile but semifrequent. I have no widgets or unoriginal gamefiles.

Make sure cursor trails are disable in windows mouse settings.

Also try the "hardware cursor" option in settings

It was a streaming issue some how when I had a window visible in obs it would also block the cursor on the game. Ez fix maybe not even a game related issue

helped out another guy with a similar issue

he was on Win 11, and unchecking hardware cursor resolved the issue

apparently it was working before with OBS... so I wouldn't call this a solution, but at the very least this is another lever to flip
