#Crash after opening settings menu

I opened scenario 1 and opened the menu to change some settings, mainly increasing the ui scale, then I tried pressing esc to close it and the game hang

Testing repdoducibility I did find the game hanging for a bit when changing scale, but the crash I posted lasted 8+ seconds, and brought up window's "the application is not responding".
