Add Elo-Type Ranked Matchmaking System

I think that adding an Elo-type ranked matchmaking system to BAR should be one of the Musts before release on Steam. This would go a long way to prevent new players who join aftet the Steam release from getting repeatedly curbstomped by experienced players.

Getting rolled by someone much better is quite unfun, I think, and could drive a lot of new players away from the game. As many people joining through Steam might not have friends to mentor or play against, without a proper Elo-type matchmaking system, I worry that might happen a lot.

I recognize this is easier said than, done, especially given BAR's focus on Team and 1v1 play, but I really think it would be worth it to have before Steam release.
