I have the same issue. I have gigabit internet and plenty of space on my hard drive.

The issue seems to be the data resource, which I assume populates the data directory in the install folder. I also tried to download the data resource directly from the URL in the launcher config (https://pool-init.beyondallreason.dev/data.7z), and the download is just as slow. Is there an issue with the CDN?
