About 2 weeks ago I stopped being able to rotate the view with the mouse using Alt+borders. This may have something to do with multi-monitor configurations.

This affects fullscreen and borderless windowed.

For some reason, after 2 weeks it stopped.

Same for me, only yesterday.
No settings were edited at them time either.

What is "alt+borders"?

Alt + mouse to edge of screen?

This seems to be the behavior of the "Spring" camera, though it feels kind of sticky to me
