#How do I not get screwed over at the mid of map?

a couple things I saw was you werent using all your resources at the start but you didnt really have enough resources to try for a second lab, you can either reclaim the one further back or make a construction turret by the back one

it didnt look like you got too destroyed when you lost your defence line, but you need to remember to reclaim the wreckages

#

also try to not engage when you have a weaker army

#

learning what army is stronger comes with a little bit of practice, but you can try to hold them at bay by performing "the dance"

because of how projectiles work, if you are chasing a unit firing projectiles at you, you will take more damage than you dish out because you run into their shots and they run away from yours

so you need to try to reverse it

you want to be fighting them while you run away

#

which means you need to stay close but trying not to shoot

then when they advance you retreat

#

and you trade better

#

it is very tricky though and sometimes it still doesnt do enough to make you survive

you can also use your commander as defence since it has the dgun and move your army elsewhere to try to raid

#

with tanks you usually like to use their speed to your advantage
