This sheet includes virtually all sub-Mangan scores you will see, in 10 cells of numbers and 3 color-coded progressions.

First, identify which category your hand is, to determine the cell to start from.
7 Pairs starts from 🟩 1600 , or 🟩 800・1600 on Tsumo (Non-dealers pay 800, dealer pays 1600).
Open hands start from 🟦 1000 , or 🟦 300・500 on Tsumo.
Riichi Pinfu starts from 🟦 2000 on Ron, and 🟥 700・1300 on Tsumo.
Non-Pinfu, Non-7 Pairs Riichi hands start from 🟥 1300 on Ron, and 🟦 500・1000 on Tsumo.
For convenience, these starting scores are all highlighted.

Next, move down 1 row for each extra han you have.
For example, Riichi Pinfu Tsumo, starting at 🟥 700・1300, becomes 🟥 1300・2600 with 1 dora; mangan with another. Tsumo is not an 'extra han' for this purpose, because it's already factored in.
Open Tanyao Ron, starting at 🟦 1000, becomes 🟦 2000 with 1 dora; 🟦 3900 with another.

If you're the Dealer, use the score at the top of the cell for Ron. For Tsumo, have everyone pay you the higher Tsumo payment.
So, Riichi Pinfu Ron as dealer would be 🟦 2900, while Riichi Pinfu Tsumo would be 🟥 1300 from all players (1300 all).

Finally, identify fu bumps (if you don't know, skip this, it usually doesn't matter).
7 Pairs and Pinfu do not count extra fu, but for other hands, with each fu bump, your score will bump up to the next progression. Refer to NaviKing's guide for how to count fu. You can disregard the base 20 fu, and the 10 fu closed ron bonus when scoring. All you need to do is shift your score to the next column each time your bonus fu bumps over a multiple of 10.

For example:
an open Tanyao (🟦 1000 and 300・500),
with one fu bump (12-20 bonus fu) will have you move over to:
🟥 1300 and 400・700.
With two fu bumps (22-30 fu), it's:
🟩 1600 and 400・800.
A closed Riichi (🟥 1300 and 🟦 500・1000)
with one fu bump (12-20 bonus fu) will have you move over to:
🟩 1600 and 🟥 700・1300.
With two fu bumps (22-30 fu), it's:
🟦 2000 and 🟩 800・1600.
See how that works? The 🟥 1300 progression bumps over into the 🟩 1600 progression, of the next row. If your fu bumps yet again (22-30 fu), move to the 🟦 2000 progression. The chart doesn't support fu bumps over that (70+ total fu), but those are rare. This works the same no matter how many han you have, so you can worry about it last.
