Update: I no longer think this is a technical issue and have discovered it is likely inherent to the game, so have made a new post in the feedback forum instead
Hey all, I've just started playing tears of the moon on a ps5 controller and I've noticed that when navigating the menu with the d-pad it is really quickly cycling through the options to the point where it's overly difficult to navigate. Dual input doesn't seem to be happening on the rest of my pc, for example when navigating Steam Big Picture. I've tried:
- enabling steam input with the official template for playstation controller (this is the setup I started with and experienced the issue)
- disabling steam input (this makes the controller stop working entirely - no detection)
- DS4Windows without steam input (no detection again)
- DS4Windows with steam input but with the Xbox controller selected (double input happening again).
I feel like I've exhausted the options here besides purchasing an Xbox controller. Has anyone else had this issue and managed to fix it? Or is there actually no double input happening and the menu navigation is just very sensitive in this game?
