Deleted game data with Random Enemies on and now they spawn in every time I play. Tried manually deleting the entire game and did a fresh Steam Install (with cloud saves turned off) and It's still happening. I can't turn off the Random Enemies in the options because it isn't unlocked yet. My game is basically bricked because I can't get through the enemies with just the basic weapons and ammo. I'm at a loss here.

If this is for Lost in Vivo, then the actual save data will remain in PlayerPrefs, You'll have to use REGEDIT.msc and go to local and find Lost in Vivo, then you could either delete all the saved varibles or edit the one called RANDOM_NPCS
