Yes same here, it shows the first 10 or so roles in my server, so in order to include all the custom roles I have to put them at the top of of the role hierarchy 😬

The role dropdown is managed by discord. You should be able to search within the dropdown and find more roles. Since this issue is so common I might redesign the bit or contact some discord staff to tell em it isn't friendly at all

You could simply make the bot tell you this as a little fix, like when you're presented with a drop down of roles, the message text could say something like "If you have many roles you might not see some in this drop-down unless you search"
