You need to copy paste the actual emoji
I.E
💀
cyan valve
Copy the unicode (use emoji keyboard to type it)
Or copy the emoji ID and name is custom (Type the emoji in chat an put \ Infront and copy the long text)

I've been having a similar issue.
what is weird is it always says ":RRCross: the specified emoji is not found"
even if you use smile or squad or what ever emoji inside the : :

removing the reaction role and re-adding all the reactions does work, since it doesn't use the diolog box

it currently only accepts unicode emojis (eg \😄 instead of :smile:). I am working on a fix
