For some reason when I create shapes. It looks like there is a blending mode on even though there is not. Also you can see there are 2 green colors when I only want one.

Please delete (in a copy of your file) all layers except for the green ring and rectangle shapes. Then please upload this copy.psd here.

Or please target the shapeslayer and post another fullscreen capture with the shapes tool active. Is the opacity 100%?

Hi, I thought the same thing at first. But with reduced opacity, the check pattern would show through the green areas...
But it doesn't.

Good catch, I missed the checkerboard on mobile. Had to zoom to see it on the bg and not on the shapes.

We could probably help you solve your problem. But to do so, we need either lots of fullscreen screenshots and lots of questions. Or a copy of your file REDUCED TO THE ESSENTIALS (containing ONLY the three green elements—nothing else).

The solution is:
Change the blending mode of the ‘middle’ stroke from >Color Burn< to >Normal< or >Color<
