Can you share an image where you might find it?
It's easier to explain based on an example
Do you have an error message? is it greyed out?

If it's greyed out, it's probably because your image isn't a RAW file format. It only works with that kind of image.

Let me know what kind of file format is it (There is an issue with Iphone raw files apparently, due to how Apple codes its Raw format)

# winged verge in the section calibration

Hi, that section is not meant to be used on single images, its purpose is to create a calibration profile to treat lots of images afterwards. Is that what you are doing?

PNG isn't a raw file format, you need a file format from a camera... for example CR2 (for Canon)
ACR is a module that is specifically built to work with files straight out of Cameras. If you need something similar for a PNG, you will need to use Photoshop proper.
For example, if you want to add a tint to a black and white image in Photoshop, you can choose a filter or adjustment layer.

(Calibration in ACR refers to the correction of colour distortion due to lens defects/shortcomings,
Such as fringing in edges, diffraction glitches etc) See screenshot.
