Annual subscription

Hi there, I just found out that my subscription was an annual plan that is paid monthly, but at the time of subscribing, I didn't realize that. I thought it was a regular monthly subscription with no long-term commitment.

I would like to unsubscribe, but the system tells me that I will be charged 1 400 SEK in early termination. I was not aware of this type of contract, and I have not intentionally committed myself to any sort of yearly agreement.

Is there anyway to cancel the plan without the early termination fee, please?

You'll have to contact Adobe Customer Care. We have no access to user accounts/subscription info and can't do anything about that here. This is just the Photoshop User Community. Sorry.
