Help increasing quality/up scaling a part of a photo

I’m trying to figure out how to upscale this image, originally the reason why it looks like this is because I had two images, a full version of the image but in horrible quality and a good quality version but it’s cropped a bit, I merged it and fixed it up and upscale it, but the left side is still bad quality like in the original, my reason for this is because the full good quality image seems to be lost media and I want it for a poster in my room.

Please help me I don’t know what else to do

I’m not well versed in photoshop, so i tried what I could

I also tried like 5 ai upscalers but it never increases the quality of it

What about using the brand new photoshop topaz upscale did u try that ?

Did you try using the remove tool the logo, then extend the original image with AI, maybe providing the low res one for the structure?

I remade the photo using AI. Then, by adding an inverted layer mask, I only painted over the low-quality areas. Another method would be using Topaz Upscale: upscale the photo, place it on top of the original, and do the same(mask, draw).
