Photoshop was used extensively to create all of the keyframes for this animation. This is part promo and part action film sketch. I probably created a hundred different images trying out different angles, compositions and lighting. (Made possible by Google Gemini.) The best images were edited with Photoshop and then taken to the Wan 2.5 video model to make it move. Video link in the comments.

I was suspecting that was key to how you got character consistency in such a long video. How long would you guess you were working on this? Also I broke down and drank coffee for the first time in 3 months and I largely blame your video.
