I know CS5 is very old but I heard it still has great features and I got a license from my grandpa and really want to get into using it. I deactivated photoshop on his computer and installed the program on mine. When typing in the 20 digit serial number to activate it on my computer, it is missing 4 digits. I heard on reddit that these 4 digits come from my version of CS5 im using. Does someone know anything about this? It would really help me

Old CD versions are not supported anymore by Adobe, so it's very likely you won't get any info from customer service , or here (since we're an official Adobe server)
I know there are issues if you're trying to complete the registration on a Mac (no longer supported)
