i want to combine these two images and make it so that the background you see in here is a part of this image. i'll probably delete the pathways and stuff, so they not matching with the perspective is not the biggest issue. what trips me off is that the asphalt colours and some other lighting issues. i have absolutely no idea how to fix those.

The images are completely different times of day. You can replace the sky and darken the scene but you won't be able to change the cast shadows for everything in the photo. Maybe you can use AI for that but it might still prove to be difficult.
thanks a lot for this. but that's not reallly what i meant. i was saying that i would put the street into the backside of the hotel in a seamless way. and look at the asphalt at the sunset image i sent. the lighting is kind of messed up. i was looking for a way to fix that up.

I would probably just select that area and use Generative Fill to create a street. If you're trying to use that exact road in the photo, then you'll have to copy and paste that region into the new file and attempt to match it up using Adjustment Layers, like Color Lookup, Curves, or filters like Harmonization.
Could I perhaps have Photoshop use that street as a reference image?
