Hi,

I wanted to install Photoshop beta today. However, I saw that Photoshop beta suddenly disappeared from my Adobe Creative Cloud. I used to use this version of Photoshop quite a lot. The browser version of Photoshop beta continues to be available, but that doesn't interest me. I have a 20 GB photography plan.

What should I do to get Photoshop beta back?

Can you share more info?
Which subscription are you on? (fullCC, Photoshop only, Photography plan...)
If you got the full CC is it the former plan? or the new Standard? or Pro? (they split plans recently, and if you renewed your subscription not long ago, or auto renewed, you could have changed plan without realising)

Which country are you in? (It could be important for the plan you're in)

I don't have an answer now, but I will see if I can get one...

There is a way of reloading CC (without logging out)
hold cmd+alt (opt+cmd)+R - it can force an update

I contacted the team and in addition of all of the above, they would like to know the device you are using...

Ultimately, it's possible you will have to open a thread on the official forum (simply because that's where bug reports are logged, they aren't on Discord)
Don't do it now though, let me check things first.

I’ve downloaded Photoshop beta from web browser version of cc. However, that’s weird that I dont have the beta apps in the creative cloud desktop
