I'm not sure the design elements fit together. The anime style character with the realistic clouds. Also, I'm not sure about the choice of fonts.
This is pretty much what i based the style off of and i made some of it up as i went
And went for extra style points yknow
The main character is a time traveler too
I'm not really sure that style of graphic design really fits the layout you're creating though.
Fair
If I were trying to do this with that type of character art, I'd probably set it up a bit differently. This is just a quick example of a direction I might try... Not saying that you should or would want to do this but its an example of what I might do.
Would it look better without the scattered words?
WOAH this is incredible
Noted
Just some ideas.
You might want to start thinking about layout proportions, like Rule of Thirds. Investigate that a bit. In an RoT-based layout, a strong design element or focal point falls on one of the main control points in the layout. Also, that your layout has some notion of flow... For example, I force the character's face to be the most important thing in the design. Then it creates a path or trail for your eyes to follow, i.e. the reading the text...
Ooo that makes a lot of sense actually
i’d move the guy in the middle a bit to the right but very nice
