Nice. I'm assuming that's a pokemon and would reccomend incorporating purple/black or purple/very dark purple perhaps in the background (aren't those the psychic type colors?). And the psychic symbol is cool, having it behind the subject low opacity or in a blending mode or other effect would probably be awesome.
But It's really cool the way it is and I think the blurry text was a solid move I'm just throwing ideas at you.
