Hello, I have an Action my friend gave me with Photoshop 2024. However, the action accesses and goes to a file path for the 2024 version, so I get an error when I try to run the action because I am on Photoshop 2025. Is there a way to get it to work without having to use Photoshop 2024? I don't know if I can remake the action because it is pretty lengthy and would take a while.

If you would like to take a look at the .atn file I can send it here.
The purpose of the action is to cryptomatte rgb into cryptomatted setup layers.
You don't have to remake the action, but you must be able to locate the step that goes wrong and have the new path at hand.
Once you got it, double click on the step, and it will let you change it.
As long as the new step works, and the change doesn't prevent the rest to work, it will work.
See my example here:
If I double click on the word "place" it will open the file explorer for me to locate the new path.
It will save my changes when done
Thank you, I will try this out and get back to you here if this works out.

You have probably not ‘installed’ the ‘Factory Set’ for your Channel Mixer settings in PS 2025 and it is therefore not available.
how do i install it
do u know where the file path is in the image
I'll check if i have it
The action uses a user-defined preset for the Channel Mixer. If this is not available, the action will fail.
I see. This is available out-of-the-box. (The first screenshot was too small. The second one shows the complete name).
