#How to change a poster

You could overlay the new one on top of the old one (No need to remove it as you will be keeping the shadows for reallism)
So I would simply create a neaat selection around the actual poster (without including the shaows of course) and place the new one on top, matching the perspective with the free transform toom (CTRL+T), and use the selection as a mask to ensure the new poster doesn't cover the shadows.
You can use the warp tool for more realism as well, to replicate the slight wave at the bottom of the poster as it's not stuck on the wall correctly...
Once done, You can use different adjustment layers such as Levels, Curves, Hue/Saturation (or any other you're comfortable with), clipped onto the new poster to match the original lighting and colour generated by the different coloured lights (Purple on the right, blue on the left).
It's not hard, but I reckon, depending on your level, the most time consuming will be to accurately reproduce the lighting.
I assume this is a 3D render (I could be wrong), If you got access to the original 3D file, it could be worth replacing the poster directly from there as well.
Thanks
