#Color Lookup problem

What's the colour mode of your image?
I can't see it here, you cropped the image right before the header
CMYK
And what is under the color look up adjustment ? If possible fo not crop the screenshots, relevant info is everywhere on the UI
You need to be in RGB. (IMHO, it should give a warning, instead of greying the drop down)
In fact you should almost never work in CYMK. You should know the exact profile the press will use, and proof preview it. Check in the view menu.
If you print on a desktop inkjet or laser printer, even if they use CYMK inks or toner, they expect RGB files.

THat was my hunch, one of those quikiness in the UI, I'd love a warning!
@hidden plume note that more than half the features in photoshop don't work with CMYK (a load of filters, some colour based adjustments)
That's the legacy of Photoshop being primarily used by and for photographers.
In their case, and when the need to convert to CMYK arises, it is done separately, at the end of the retouching and grading process. Convert to CMYK and then try to rebalance the correction in CMYK to better match what is needed at the print stage.
