I used a ton of different filters on that to be honest. I dont really remember how i got the iridescent colors on the white but for the rest i used a mixture of the stylize --> wind and a lot of different grain types on the filter gallery, mainly the normal and horizontal grain (i use Photoshop). I probably also used the stylize --> diffuse tool a little bit
