Did you try to remove that font? Did you try to reset Photoshop’s preferences manually by dragging the preferences folder to the desktop. This way you can copy them back if it does not work: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually and then reinstall?
i don know what font is causing the problem.
copy what back?
The preferences. But you can just delete them from edit>preferences
what deleting em gonna do though?
It resets Photoshop to its original state, as stated on that document.
i see, and thats gonna fix my rpbolem?
also i remmber there being a keyboard comand that u press when while photoshop boots up that resets it. it fixed my toolbox rpoblem but i forgot what the command was
“Unexpected behavior may indicate damaged preferences. Restoring preferences to their default settings is a good idea when troubleshooting unexpected behaviors in Photoshop.”
Yes, Ctrl+Shift+alt, it is one of the three methods to reset them.
i did it but it didnt really do anything
Did you uninstall and reinstall Photoshop , as per my message?
You could also try the creative cloud cleaner tool.
If this still does not work, you’d need to remove half of your fonts, then try. Put them back, try the other half, etc. until you find the offending one, IF it is the problem.
ive done everything e xcept the last step
