Posting this as a official question but I've deleted all the FontFeatureCache files and nothing. What do I need to do to fix it because I can’t change my fonts at all.

“Unexpected behavior may indicate damaged preferences. Restoring preferences to their default settings is a good idea when troubleshooting unexpected behaviors in Photoshop.”
Yes, Ctrl+Shift+alt, it is one of the three methods to reset them.

Did you uninstall and reinstall Photoshop , as per my message?
You could also try the creative cloud cleaner tool.
If this still does not work, you’d need to remove half of your fonts, then try. Put them back, try the other half, etc. until you find the offending one, IF it is the problem.
