I am trying to save a logo as a tile effect. I used the patterm preview and tried to save the tiled effect however it just saves as a single icon. how do i save the tiled effect.
Also, how do i bring the tiles (logos) closer together?

If you want to save an image of 100 or so of these, you're half way there.....

Just make a new canvas, say 2,000 x 2,000 px, and then add a Pattern FILL - pick your new pattern, and then adjust the scale as needed. - Then hit Save

@cloud ibex thank you . i was able to follow your instructions, the one thing is i dont want to have a background .. how can i have a transparent background

Just make your 'pattern' have a transparent background too - and then after you've applied it, set the FILL opacity to 0% - See video
