I've been trying to match the rectangle in the middle to the glowiness and proper color gradient to the top one but no idea on how to do it. I've tried to add textures, change with blending options and can't find a way to make the top/bottom match the rectangle in the middle.

The way you had phrased it had me puzzled, I understood that you wanted to change the middle. Maybe some smudge or clone tool could help for the lines

Ahh thank you for the tip I’ll definitely try it tomorrow! Also the way I graded the middle was adding another rectangle on top with blending option of an overlay of a gray color #33333 and then played with the opacity.
