I would say: Use a Gradient Map. However, it would be impossible to answer this question or "make a video tutorial" without knowing more about what you have. In other words, it really depends on where you are right now.
In the future, if you want help, I suggest you share more about your project. Share screen shots of the the Photoshop interface with the Layers Panel open and visible. Then ask specific questions.
