I tested zooming with control + (+or -), with the zoom tool and with space + tab but whether the option is enabled or not, it always works the same way.

Hi, I wonder if this doesn’t only work when overscroll is off. (Might need to restart)

I think I figured it out. When the "zoom all windows" option is turned on, it seems to negate the "zoom clicked point to center" option. I also couldn't see a difference no matter the settings until I turned off 'zoom all windows'.
