I’m new and need a bit of assistance

I was asked to clean up around the dead pool text and to fix the blemish to the bottom left of the dead pool symbol and I’m just stuck I’ve tried spot healing and it didn’t work out

The spot healing brush will not work there because you have too mauch a difference between the pattern of the background and the emblem. The spot healing brush is made to mix tones of surrounding areas to blend your retouch.

Obviously you need a method where there is no blending but instead you can control where the retouch will go

First of all, I would suggest you select precisely the circle so as to restrict the retouch to that circle, the, either using the clone stamp tool or simply paint with a brush with the different colours

You will need to zoom in

Another method would be to copy a part of that circle that is simlar to the one missing but is instact and simply flip it horizontally, and blend the edges with the clone stamp tool

I am not sure if it will work here as the areas that are intact are lighter than the destroyed area and may require more work adjusting the lightness to the are it is composite onto

I can see that logo appearing in the Deadpool movie soundtrack. Honestly, it's not difficult to take a new image, cut a circle around it and do a proper job of it, instead of trying the fix the issues.

Of course be mindful of copyright laws etc...
