You can either refine the image or make a similar one
OK, you will first need to fit with the angle and perspective. It's quite easy because the perspective is minimal (the TV is parrallel to the camera) and it got straight lines
Take the photo, hit CTRL+T to enter the transform mode and align your 4 corners with the corner of the TV. You'll need to zoom quite close
Next, I see you got some refelections on the TV, you will need to keep them so it's realistic.
When the TV is lit up from the back (When it's on basically) the reflections won't be as visible but still a bit
The best, easy way to do that is to lower the opacity of the imae you just placed

Think something like 90% instead of 100%, you need to try and see what looks best
