Hello, I am struggling to find a way on photoshop to remove some red paint from the fingers, I would like to create a effect where some spots on the hands have been left unpainted, does anyone know how I can do it on photoshop? Thanks in advance!

If you use color range and hue/saturation you can get make it look like skin tone again!
I did this in a couple minutes
Don't be afraid to use brightness levels afterwards
and be creative about how you select the red, evena after using color range
