How am I able to get these images without having the red string and tape /label thing on top of them

You'll need to cut them out from their background (given their shape, with the pen tool or with the polygonal selection tool) and separate them into their own layer. After that, you'll have to retouch the bit where the red string (and other elements) overlay. You can do that with the clone stamp tool, the** healing brush tool** or the** remove tool** if you have a recent version of photoshop
Then once every asset is on its own layer you can do to **file> export> export layers as files **so you'll get a new file for each element

Have you checked online to see if theyre in some image gallery somewhere? If theyre not, youll have to learn some photo restoration skills. The clone stamp tool and hgealing brush can be a bit wonky, but since these are cartoony and not realistic images, you might be able to just draw over the areas yourself if youre skilled
