I cant find the exact font or a font similar with the unique and jagged letters. And i can't find any videos on how to recreate this effect. If you have any idea please let me know.

That's hand-drawn artwork, not a font.
As for the effects, there are several different ways to recreate that, but it's time to start learning Photoshop for real because you need to develop your own style and techniques and you can't do that without a broad understanding of how stuff works. Check out Stephen M. Burns "Photoshop CS5 Trickery & FX" or "The Photoshop Filter Effects Encyclopedia" from O'Reilly Press (two picked at random from my bookshelf). Look up how to make custom brushes in the Discover module inside Photoshop.
I'll give you a hint. Start with photographs of twigs and/or bones.
