Hello, I'm new to Photoshop and I wanna create a hidden message within in an image, where the only way to reveal the message is if you overlay/filter the image with this color #A500B5. Is this even a possibility, please let me know.

Are you trying to achieve this effect digitally or do you have that color as a transparent filter in real life?
