We have Epson 7510 printer/scanner. Installed the Elements 2024 to a 'clean desktop' that had not been set up previously and also installed the Epson Scanner, updated all of the drivers. In MS word and other apps all of the printer options are there but when we use photoshop they are not there or greyed out. Any help appreciated.
