Hello everyone, I'm using Lightroom and one of my masks doesn't apply to the export. Do you know why or how to do this? Thanks

Is it Lr or LrC? I would probably need a refresher if it's not LrC

#

let me check

LR

Does it happen when you export in another format?

#

(say TIFF for example)

dry olive
#

for all format

I am asking how does it look once exported

#

not thehow the preview is in the settings

dry olive
#

like in preview, yellow

dreamy snow
#

Probably due to the colour profile

#

sRGB is narrower than - say - Adobe RGB

dry olive
#

i tried by changing the color space but that doesn't work

dreamy snow
#

The issue is that I only use LrC and I never seen that kind of behaviour

#

Do you have photoshop?

dry olive
#

yes but i'm not very familar with

dreamy snow
#

If so and assuming that works like LrC can you right click and choose "edit in Photoshop"

dry olive
#

it doesn't apply the mask.

dreamy snow
#

if you do that, it should retain the masks there (and you'll be able to add your own edits in photoshop before saving and going back to Lightroom)

dry olive
#

think i will just delete it and do it again at this point

OK, I don't really know, I would suggest you go to the Adobe Community Forum which is the place where you can find Lightroom support, let me share the link

dry olive
#

there is a support? didn't find it when i searched

#

thanks

dreamy snow
#

That's the forum for Cloud based Lightroom (which is different than Lr Classic)

#

That's where the help is, consider Discord (and Reddit etc) as a more casual support system
