1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
is it an image with multiple colors or a simple logo?
if its a simple logo type of image, use the pen tool
Discover a Unique Technique to Sharpen an Image by Blurring it in Photoshop! In this lesson, learn how to sharpen much better in many scenarios than the traditional method by using the combination of special blend modes and Gaussian Blur.
We will also compare and discuss the differences between this method and the High Pass method to see what's...
like the title says i am using lightroom
oh sorry i didnt see....
i dont use lightroom
np
ye i alr thought it but i use it cuz its cheaper
and i used photoshop before
do you have it right now?
btw could you post the image here
no i dont
i canceld it cuz it was 22 or 23 usd a month
one sec
i was trying to crop this and edit this but i am also new at lightroom so not the best at it i rlly like ps but yeah to expensive
oh
so you want the plane?
just the plane right?
oh ok, then why did you say you wanted quality
anyways just give me a second
guy gave it to me on usb
dont know where he got it from
but anyways
czu in my country its 26 euro's
this might not be good quality
ye but ill try
one question tho
i mean im probably just trying to run away from the hard work, but if you can just find the exact model of this war plane
you can go to google and search it while saying "under view"
might get something of wayyyyy better quality
haha yeah
Hey Wawsen: Sorry but I'll have to delete your messages about pirated software. You're aware you're on the official Photoshop server right? The one owned by Adobe
let me see what i can do to sharpen it, give me a few minutes!
Anyways, If you have any question about Lightroom OP, I can help
yep, i know, i wont say anything to you deleting haha
shouldnt have said it, i agree 😂
how do i sharpen an image without it looking unatural
at this point which software do you not use? 😭
Yes, sorry but it's a bit rich there
If people ask questions on an official Photoshop server I guess the minimum is to have a proper licence
why is photshop so expensuve
OK, I'll be quite blunt here
There is a lot of (sometimes very good alternatives) to Photoshop
My view is that you only need Photoshop if it's your job. I mean it's good to have PS if you can afford it, but not everyone NEEDS photoshop. In my humble opinion, most people coming here (most of them owning a pirated copy) don't NEED photoshop. If you want photoshop then that's another story. But you need to realise that PS is a software for professionals
It can't be free or cheap (and it's cheap enough, it's only £10 per month FFS!)
it's cheaper than Nitro
actually i got mine through turkish, for like 30 euro, the yearly one which i have currently lol
ye but its 26 euros
I'll have to question why people use pirated copy of a software they don't really need
localized pricing
belgium
its okay btw you dont need to apologize
flemish
bear with me for the flemish
12.09 euros per month and you got PS AND Lightroom
then why is photoshop alone 26 and lightroom with it 12
Because the photography plan is a promo
it's been running for about 10 years now
promo?
If you search for Photoshop online you'll get all options, including the promo
and it's in EVERY COUNTRY that I know of
oh ok didnt see it
Are you a student?
well anyways, now that you have the pro sandrine here there is no need for my assistance lol, all the best and take care pepperoni!!
if you tell me your country I can send you the link for that promotion too 😉
That way you will have the Gen AI features not like your pirated version
And that includes the AI driven sharpen tool you can have in Lightroom
its okay haha, i have access to turkish photoshop for like....5$ a month something? I honestly dont need the AI stuff currently. I dont even know about lightroom except that its an app (i am actually not even a student at any adobe, self learned completely)
It's not a app it's a proper software
what is the difference between both? like why did they create 2 photo editors
It's a bit like Adobe Camera Raw (that you'll see if you use bridge) but with a File management sytem + plenty of other stuff
Because Lightroom is not only a photo editor, it's first and foremost a software to manage photo assets, and that can also edit photos occasionnaly. You ca use both at the same time
i also never used that and dont know about it 😅
Imagineyou're a photographer managing 1000 images at a wedding. Do you want to grade and retouch 1000's of images in Photoshop? no, so you use Lightroom
i literally only know photoshop, and thats for my instagram stuff
Yes, that's why I question why you need photoshop
You could use the same thing with VSCO. I'm joking, but in a sense it's like saying you need a ferrari to do the shopping
And you stteal the ferrari because you don't want to take the bus
woah, that is actually useful....maybe ill go talk to that turkish guy and see what he can get for this
no i cannot do it without photoshop lol
you should see the work on my page, then you can understand why i chose photoshop as its more professional and the tools are just soooooo much better
for how long is de promo
let me show you one of my works
anyways @halcyon tapir if you still need help with Lightroom, let me know
forgive me for speaking without knowledge, but i am pretty sure i cannot do this without photoshop
I think it's forever now, it's been active for a good number of years. When I started, I used this subscription because I couldn't afford the full CC
Of course you can! But I'm not going to tell you with what
okay
I could do that with blender, and blender is free
i have to learn from scratch 😵💫
Yes that sucks!
this is some reverse psychology motivation you giving me here
I want you to feel challenged!
I mean I am working with photoshop for over 20 years and I'm still learning stuff
20 YEARS?! AND STILL LEARNING?!
as well as learning new software from scartch as well
😨
Of course!
....when does it end?
Photoshop is infinite. There are menus I never clicked on
i actually dont know what to say....its honestly not a good news to hear...
wait @halcyon tapir bro sorry i took away attention from your question
😅
That's what I emphasized it's a professional software, and by professional I mean your aim is to ultimately earn money with it so you don't have to complain about the price . Photoshop is hard to learn and to keep up to date if you want to work professionally, that's the price to pay in the same way it's hard to be a master wood worker or an engineer. No difference
If you think it's easy to master, then you're doing it wrong.
It's also very rewarding when you see your work in a magazine or in an advert.
@halcyon tapir if you're a student, there are even better prices
and if you're a student, there are good chances your school can provide the full CC suite for free to use
nah no problem man i was afk so it doesnt matter
i just bought the 12 euro plan with lr and ps but now i want to import a photo but its says a program error
It might be a correupted file, can you open it with something else?
(ie the photos viewer)
Nvm i alr found it
Hey mod I need help yeah i agree with your talk but photoshop is my hobby and doing engineering in CSE now how can I do both engineering and designing together main thing is how can i get clients to work for as if I buy photoshop then I should earn too from photoshop and I even have official photoshop but how to get clients as my main work is not designing
Btw i am good with premiere pro and illustration soon planing to learn after effects
Well, finding clients is probably a discussion for when you have 10 hours of free time
it starts with a portfolio, a CV, A good linkedIn profile with recommendations and examples of what you can do (probably a bit of a social media presence etc)
You can had better advice on the dedicated Adobe Server though.
