It's possible but it will be tricky because the V takes so much of the area and you will need to replace what's underneath.
I think the easiest method to start with would be to try with the generative fill (results not guranteed!)

try to select the V (everything that's need to be gone)
And in the contextual bar, just click in "generative fill"

and then "generate" Don't type any prompt, and just wait

If the result isn't good, you'll have to do it by hand, using the clone stamp tool and paint over the area, or try to recreate the gradient from scratch.

Once done, you will have to find the right font and recreate the 3D effect (I think the original is done with a 3D program or the 3D effects in illustrator)...
