I'm wondering if there is also a discord server like this but for Illustrator or Indesign.. If so, I'd love to join!! Because most of my work these days is done on those Adobe programs, but this server is amazing, I love seeing what everyone is designing and ofc learning along the way.

There is not a dedicated server for InDesign. However, you can probably ask InDesign questions in the Illustrator server.
