If the iPhone is displaying the full range heic as HDR because it can, you'll really struggle to make an SDR format (PNG/JPG) look identical as, well, they're not HDR.

Idk what state LR/PS HEIC is in presently, last time I explored it with my Z8 it was nonexistent so I moved on :/
Your screenshots look as I'd expect HDR>SDR compression to look, tbh
