Hi everyone! I have just created a whole new image with the "AI generate image" and I was wondering if I can use it as a cover for a book I'm going to publish. Does anyone know if I can use it?

Generally speaking, yes but there are guidelines. Firefly/Photoshop images are considered safe for commercial use because the training data was ethically sourced from Adobe Stock and public domain images. Also, your Adobe subscription gives you rights to images created with the General Release of Photoshop. Not anything designated as a "beta" release. (For example, the Beta Release of Photoshop.)
