this isnt a mask but i tried to reduce the noise

i tried to increase my shutter speed to keep it still but even if i lower my f or my shutter speed the dirt on my sensor shows again

i dont know why the dirt is there i took it to a cleaner and the dirt was still on my sensor

i think its probably part of the lens?

because the lens was from like 2008 but i dont know if it has anything to do with it
